Amanda Qualls is the Director of Training for the Lucy Burns Institute, a nonprofit organization that strives to connect people to politics, offering politically neutral information on judges, courts, ballot measures, and more. She will receive her MLS in June 2013 from Indiana University-Bloomington, and currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in art history with a minor in Russian and Eastern European studies from the University of Notre Dame.
